- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Uploading malware, attempting to bypass security controls, or interfering with the service.
- Using the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Audio files are sent to our transcription provider (Replicate’s Whisper model) to generate your transcript.
- Some uploads consume credits or paid plans. Free allowances and paid allocations may change; we will communicate material changes where required.
- If you purchase a plan, you authorize our payment processors to charge you using the method you provide. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes, duties, and exchange fees are your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time; termination does not relieve you of owed fees.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability for any purpose and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
